Pure Versus Hybrid Competitive Strategy: Evidence from Tunisian Manufacturing Industries

This article proposes to decide on the impact of external and internal factors (competitive forces strategic capabilities) competitive choices (pure or hybrid). Using a sample Tunisian companies operating in manufacturing industry, results show that face competition’ intensity, opt for hybrid strategies at expense pure ones only when they have strong combined capabilities. However, stock capabilities less rich diversified, interest pursue strategy. Moreover, study shows strategy differs according nature held.
